Communication & Operations Assistant (Junior)

Location: Full remote with travels a few times/year for Activities (events, projects)
Contract: Permanent
Language: English (French/Dutch is an asset)

Description
The Communication & Operations Assistant will provide logistics and administrative support in EFGCP activities and daily business:
  • Events and Trainings organisation
  • Memberships renewal and follow-ups
  • Communication tools and activities updates
  • Marketing & social media management
  • Support to Working Groups and Projects
Responsibilities
  • Organise, schedule, open meetings and write minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and communication tools
  • Maintain the internal filing system and process data
  • Develop and maintain media plannings and communication campaigns
  • Design communication tools
Qualifications and Skills
EFGCP is looking for an IT literate, committed and diligent colleague, who is problem solving oriented, proactive and willing to learn. A good knowledge of Professional English Writing and MS Office suite is required, as well as comprehensive experience with LinkedIn for non-profit marketing and a good understanding of the Medicines Development Field. Visual Design skills are a strong asset.

The applicant should be resident in Belgium, have strong self-motivation, be multi-tasks oriented, have a sound interest in the healthcare sector and be able to work in a small team environment. Being located near Brussels is a plus.
